DIRECT MAIL/PRINT
- Wrote and edited brochures, classified & editorial calendars, posters, letters, and envelopes
- Coordinated print promotion pieces with several advertising agencies and printers
- Expedited direct mailings to Chemical & Engineering News’ worldwide chemical audience
DIGITAL MARKETING
- Designed weekly promotional faxes in Microsoft Word, and sent them through FaxPress
- Composed and sent weekly B2B promotional emails to customers through ACT
- Created and emailed ROI alerts on advertising in special, topical issues
- Managed and edited International Trade Show Press (ITSP) www.showpress.com and C&EN website content
- Maintained the master contact list in ACT database
EVENT MARKETING
- Wrote articles and covered meetings for the INFORMEX Show Daily publication
- Organized, planned and staffed booths at rubber and other chemical industry trade shows
